Grouting Specialist (m/f/x) | Nordhäuser Bauprüfinstitut GmbH

Your tasks:

Technical responsibility for the selection, development, and documentation of grouting systems and grout recipes, tailored to project-specific requirements and certification standards
Support during the tender phase through analysis of technical requirements, preparation of method statements, cost estimations, and risk/opportunity assessments
Project manage engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning scopes as well as lead the recipe development process.
Coordination with internal departments, suppliers, certification bodies, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation and continuous development of grouting solutions
Project support from tender through execution phase, including handover of technical documentation, resource planning, and operational input as subject matter expert
Ensuring compliance with QHSE standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes, while actively contributing to audits, HSE initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts

University degree in chemical engineering, mechanical / electrical engineering or a comparable discipline
Several years of experience in the field(s) of grouting equipment and grouting operations
Excellent knowledge of grouting techniques and systems
Very good written and spoken English skills
Team player with a high degree of independence, a sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to undertake business trips and construction site assignments, some of which may last several weeks
