Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:

Designing and developing heavy mechanical sub‑assemblies including welded structures, machined parts and sheet‑metal components
Taking full responsibility for engineering tasks from concept refinement to detailed SolidWorks design, validation and release to production
Performing preliminary structural checks using hand calculations and SolidWorks Simulation and coordinating with the FEA team for detailed analysis
Preparing manufacturing‑ready drawings with correct GD&T, welding specifications and assembly clarity and managing revisions in the PLM system
Supporting prototype builds, resolving design‑related production issues and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and manufacturing practices

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable training
At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial equipment
Experience with imperial units, material standards and hardware selection, including power‑transmission components such as gearboxes, drives, shafts and bearings
Knowledge of hydraulic systems, cast component manufacture and mechanism design (kinematics)
Able to effectively communicate verbally and in written English
